Having given us a loaner and driving our newly purchased R. Rover directly to our home, we re-inspected the areas we pointed out and noticed the area with light scratches now has a deep, long scratch on it that they have refused to fix. It wasn't there before and we certainly did not do it since the car was not in our possession. Would I go back? Yes...... More
