I brought my truck in a couple of months ago for warranty work, and during the process, the running boards were unfortunately damaged. I spoke with Steven Morgan and Dalton Adams (Service Manager), explained work, and during the process, the running boards were unfortunately damaged. After reviewing it, Steven informed me that they couldn’t fix the damage, but they had already ordered replacements for me. Once the new running boards arrived, they got them installed, and they look fantastic! Steven and Dalton truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They communicated with me every step of the way, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Steven even took the extra step of washing my truck after installing the new running boards before I picked it up. Despite the unfortunate situation, their commitment to great customer service made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to making sure I left happy. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service! More
