I took my car to BMW because I had a sensor malfunction alert. It was there when I test drive, but I was told that the car was under warranty and I could take it to the dealership and it could be fixed. BM alert. It was there when I test drive, but I was told that the car was under warranty and I could take it to the dealership and it could be fixed. BMW told that it was not cover by the warranty because it was damaged, not just out. They also told me that an after market battery was put in my car and it killed the lithium ion battery that cost $1200 in addition to the $500 battery plus labor. Not even a week after purchasing the car, I had to pay $2000 on batteries and when I called Go Luxury to see if they were aware and would help, their only reply was, “you bought the car as is!” Why would I think to pull the battery out or look under the car? They are not honest! BMW 430i can only support BMW batteries and they have to be programmed by BMW. The car was still under warranty and they put an aftermarket battery in and put it up for sale. There was also damage under the car. I have to get all of it fixed! Worst experience EVER!!! If you test drive a car here, drive it to the dealership and let them do a key check and look at the car! I do not recommend or trust these ppl!!! More
