Good afternoon, Upon investigating this concern, we do not have anyone in our system by this name. Every vehicle we sell, whether new or used, goes through an inspection in our service department. Our service department performs any necessary repairs before the vehicle is put on the lot. If the vehicle is new, it will have a manufacturer warranty. If the vehicle is used there are extended warranties offered in our finance office because it is unknown whether a future issue will arise or not. Much like our health and having health insurance, warranties are insurance for vehicles because we cannot predict any future issues that were not an issue at the time of the inspection. We tried looking up your name in our database but we were unable to find any name matching this review. If you did purchase a vehicle from our store, please give us a call at 850-623-3481 so that we may be able to assist you further.

Good Morning, I have spoken with our finance manager who did have contact information and notes from your discussion, the buyer's name is how our system pulls the transactions and due to it being a different last name, that is why I could not pull it up in our system. Good Afternoon, I wanted to follow up on this concern. I spoke with my general manager to confirm he gave you a call. I believe he said he had to leave a message. I did look at the repair order from the vehicle being sent through the shop for inspection. There was not a light on when it was in our shop. I spoke with our service manager, who was a former service manager at a Mercedes store, and he personally looked at this car and confirmed there were no lights on. We actually drove this vehicle from South Florida to our dealership as it was a trade in from a customer that lives in South Florida. I spoke with our delivery driver that is with a third-party company, and he stated the vehicle made the trip from South Florida with no issues and there were no lights on during the trip or when he arrived at our store and gave the keys to our service department. I spoke with our salesperson, she stated there was no check engine light or any other lights on during the test drive. Unfortunately, we cannot predict issues with vehicles. With this vehicle having over 110K miles, our finance manager stated he went over the warranties offered thoroughly with you in the finance office. When you decline the warranty, you are buying the vehicle As-Is. We appreciate your business and if you have another other additional questions or concerns, please give us a call.

Good afternoon Ms. Herring, I am responding to the original review, not the 4 duplicate reviews. We apologize that something happened to your vehicle that you bought AS-IS after your purchase. We cannot predict that a car will break down. You bought this vehicle with the vehicle having over 110K miles on the vehicle and when offered to purchase a service contract to protect the vehicle in situations that you are in right now you declined. We have investigated the repair order, and the oil filter was changed with the oil change that was done on this vehicle once the vehicle was traded into our dealership. Again, this vehicle was driven by a third-party transport company from South Florida to here with absolutely no issues, the vehicle went through a safety inspection and there were no warning lights on or anything wrong with this vehicle when it was put on our lot for sale. We questioned the salesperson that was on the deal and the car was in perfect working condition when you purchased it. We understand the frustration you feel when a vehicle breaks down or needs repairs, that is why we have such a thorough process in the finance office to offer all products that can alleviate the financial burden of repairs. However, when you decline all the warranties offered and purchase the vehicle "AS- IS" and sign an "AS-IS" disclosure, you accept responsibility for any repairs that may arise after the sale of the vehicle. We wish we could assist you further, we did offer for you to bring the vehicle back to our store to have us look at it and see if we can have it repaired for less than what your current quote is. That offer still stands if you would like to call and make an appointment with our service department. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

As stated in prior responses, the car had NO known issues when it was sold. It passed through an inspection in our shop as well as being driven from South Florida to our location with no issues. I do not know the conversation between you and the general manager but only what I was told but I am stating to you that the offer still stands and if you would like to decline the quote at your current shop and bring the vehicle to our repair facility we can get a quote on what the cost of the repair. We do not sell cars with known issues, we fix any issues that are flagged when it goes through our used car inspection. When you buying a vehicle with higher mileage, there is always a risk and that is why we offer premium warranty packages to help alleviate costs of any future issues that may arise. That’s is definitely not true, I can verify easily my family purchased a car from this dealership. This kinda of response certainly makes it hard to trust a dealership that will respond with such untrue information. I have called several times and spoken with y’all about this issue. Ask your finance manager he knows all about it. I also have proof that your service department changed oil in vehicle purchased and didn’t even changed filters. If I need to I can posted all evidence in this review.

I guess I’m not being clear because you’re going all around the issue I’m speaking about. The car was sold knowing there was an issue. Misrepresentation of the car. When As Is purchase, shouldn’t be sold with know issues unless they are discussed.
