Pushy salesmen. Would not take the type of vehicle I wanted into consideration. They didn’t care about my budget only making a sale. Made me feel pressured into getting an expensive new vehicle when I was shopping for cheap used vehicles. I had a couple of cars picked out that I wanted to check out from their online site and I didn’t get to see any of them. I was pressured into test driving a New Mitsubishi. Horrible people with horrible sales skills. Won’t be referring any of my friends or family and will discourage them from visiting. I will never step foot into Mitsubishi again More

I went in to get an idea of what my options were if I wanted to buy a small car they came out between the sales person and who ever is in charge of the sales that they approved me for a car I wasn’t int wanted to buy a small car they came out between the sales person and who ever is in charge of the sales that they approved me for a car I wasn’t interested in and it was just pushed on me for the credit check , I mentioned I see that they drop 2025s at the end of the year for new stock they told that was it , a week later I get a text that the same car has a rebate of 7.500. I got sold a car mowing that I was unemployed with an income of 950.00.t the end of the the day Mitzubishi got a sale in these hard times and I guess I will deal with the car that I didnt want . I was made to sign a no cooling off sale paper . I asked them I would come the next day after thinking about it but it seems like they knew I would not come back. I must admit they train their group on not letting their sale go at all cost regardless if it’s a good sale towards the customer,as long as it’s a sale for Mitzubishi. More
