I bought a used car and shortly after I drove it off the lot on 12 20 2024, check engine comes on, they reset the light and I drove it again that afternoon and check engine light comes on. I came in 30 Jan @ 5pm because my Ram wouldn't turn off. The staff checked me in and the tech promptly worked the issue despite nearing closing time. They swapped out the ignition switch.
