I had purchased this 2014 from Shottenkirks used. Had it serviced many times. Today the battery was acting up. A little after 12pm on Saturday and staff got me right in to replace it and had the inv Had it serviced many times. Today the battery was acting up. A little after 12pm on Saturday and staff got me right in to replace it and had the invoice ready to be paid in under 30 minutes. I now live in Illinois and was worried that the truck wouldn't start if shut off and where would I find anyone to install a new battery. My thanks to all who helped with the process! More

I stopped in with no appt. Having a problem with my truck screen not working (no radio no backup camera no nav) needing to drive to des moines in an hr. Your service man stopped what he was came out to the parkong lot to see if he could reset the system. He was able to get it all working. Made the trip much better. More
