Bought a New Sentra was a long process but ok, after buying is when your nightmare begins. You are nothing to them at this point and dropped like a bad apple. You can't get a call back from NO ONE!! buying is when your nightmare begins. You are nothing to them at this point and dropped like a bad apple. You can't get a call back from NO ONE!! Ashley in sales will not call you back or answer your calls. The finance guy once you sign and leave his office is done with you. Management here is none existent after you sign. Service is only one department to do the job and only because they can still get in your wallet. So if I owned this it would get a house cleaning real quick, but it's all about just making the sales there not a repeat customer or retention of customer. So please do your homework before buying here, it's your decision and this is just my review from when I dealt with them here recently. UPDATE 10/16/2025 They said 8 weeks to process refund on extended warranty and other extra bought, had never been processed by them and now for a refund of money will take forever with Wood Nissan in Lee's Summit, MO this in my opinion is a poorly ran business!! The company they buy the warranty through said that the dealership has to do this. What a nightmare dealing with this Dealership. Update: 10/30/2025 They still have not taken care of issue at hand EJ Laux at the dealership finance department won't return calls or emails about this, in my opinion is once they get your signatures here your done and now your nightmare begins regardless what it may be. Just a poor way to treat customers. It's looking like I will have to get attorney involved how sad. More
