We visited Land Rover to have service done on our Defender. I love the lobby with the clean areas I can work while my car is being worked on. The service guy Ryan is always so incredibly helpful! Bu Defender. I love the lobby with the clean areas I can work while my car is being worked on. The service guy Ryan is always so incredibly helpful! But in the end, we decided to trade in our 2020 Defender for a 2025 Defender with warranty. Lloyd was so patient with us and the time it took for us to make a decision. Always great customer service! I purchased a dealer used Discovery from this dealership after 68,000 miles a new transmission was required. After towing my car to the dealership on 12/22/23 I was informed on 1/31/24 the car is no longer after 68,000 miles a new transmission was required. After towing my car to the dealership on 12/22/23 I was informed on 1/31/24 the car is no longer under warranty and the cost was $9,800. I was disappointed to say the least and contacted the General Manager TT. He promised to look into it and call me back. I never heard from him. More
