She quickly paired and linked my phone to car play and akso showed me very calmly and patiently how every feature in the car worked including the Navigation app. I flew from miami, fl to purchase the car and I don't regret it one bit. Clay Cooley gave me the best price out there. After months of visiting different dealers, Clay Cooley Ford was by far the best, specially when it came to pricing. Their general manager was awesome, kept his word unlike anyone else out there. I will forever be thankful to the entire staff, but in particular to Teresa Lovo. She is just an amazing, extremely intelligent and overall genuinely well rounded indivifual. In additon, Teresa Lovo is so kind and approachable. Actually listens to what you hsve to say. VERY dissatisfied with the overall experience of purchasing two brand new vans from the dealership. The salesperson and the manager were of no help to us at all.
