I was surprised that the vehicle I was purchasing had been loaned out before I got there. It went from 3 miles when my daughter test drove it to over 300 plus miles. My experience at clay cooley new sales dept had both positive and negative aspects. The sales team, especially Teresa, was excellent. She provided outstanding communication and was very accommodating wh positive and negative aspects. The sales team, especially Teresa, was excellent. Explained everything very thouroghly. She quickly paired and linked my phone to car play and akso showed me very calmly and patiently how every feature in the car worked including the Navigation app. I flew from miami, fl to purchase the car and I don't regret it one bit. Clay Cooley gave me the best price out there. After months of visiting different dealers, Clay Cooley Ford was by far the best, specially when it came to pricing. Their general manager was awesome, kept his word unlike anyone else out there. I will forever be thankful to the entire staff, but in particular to Teresa Lovo. She is just an amazing, extremely intelligent and overall genuinely well rounded indivifual. In additon, Teresa Lovo is so kind and approachable. Actually listens to what you hsve to say.
