This is going to be long, sorry. I have worked with my share of dealerships over my many years some good and some not so good. Germain Lexus is the best experience I have ever had by I have worked with my share of dealerships over my many years some good and some not so good. Germain Lexus is the best experience I have ever had by a very wide margin. I live in Washington and spent a great deal of time trying find exactly what I wanted in my car. I found it online at Germain (they actually had 2). The entire staff that I got to work with was simply outstanding. Terri in sales gave me all the information I requested and was engaging responsive and transparent. JB handle the financials and was a complete professional with zero pushy after market antics. Dan helped me with the shipping of the vehicle, which I had not done before. He kept me informed every step of the way, answering all of my questions (even on his day off). I received my new 2025 Lexus ES in perfect condition. Germain Lexus is the absolute best. Thank you to all of the team for you exceptional customer service and a truly wonderful buying experience.
