I feel I was lied to and taken advantage. I was given a price for my car and what the difference was that I owed for the new car. I signed several papers accepting the deal. I came the next day to pay and pick up my new car, and they said Oops made a mistake on the appraisal on your car and the difference was over double what a agreed on. I told the sales manager that I signed the papers and he said doesn't matter.. terry said he didnt know about it but I believe he lied to me . Deceptive, dishonest and shady is how I describe my experience. I will never return to Southern States Hyundai or the Service department. I left 2 messages for the GM Brian Mack and he didnt care enough to return my calls . More
