Completely validated every caricature about used cars salesmen. Thalina, who had limited knowledge due to her time on the job, did her best, but frankly her lack of training showed, and that's not her fa salesmen. She should not have been put out on the floor until she had full training. Richard in finance was as helpful as he could be. But I found it distressing that everybody else was pretty rude when I asked them questions about pricing or anything else. All cars should come with 2 key fobs, and the fact that mine had one and that nobody seemed to care to help me out except to charge me for another was unacceptable. In fact, those with whom I dealt on this particular issue, we're outright rude. I have been using this dealership for years for my nissan car. Your service department has always the good. I probably would never buy another used car from you,however. As a woman, I couldn't help but feel that I was being taken advantage of at every turn and that I should have brought some gentlemen along with me. Isn't that a shame that I would feel that way? More

Made appt on thursday for following monday. Arrived early monday am. Service writer said we have no record of you making an appt. Requested transmission oil and filter* replacement service an Arrived early monday am. Service writer said we have no record of you making an appt. Requested transmission oil and filter* replacement service and to diagnose shifting issue. Within 4 hours i received 3 calls from sales people about trading in my car/buying a new car. Monday pm, never got info on work progress on my car. Tuesday, more calls about trading my car in and no work progress call Drove by to see if my car was in bay late in the day. Wed am no call from service, called wed late, approx 6 pm. They were going to get back with me. Called back said they think its a crank sensor causing shifting problem. Said would be worked on thursday. I called late thursday and service person said no work was done as technician was off thursday, but would get tjem on it friday am. I called friday around 3 pm, they said it would be done later today. Service person called around 530 and said it was done. I picked it up at service close time 7pm. I requested twice to have transmission service done (both filter and trans oil changed) THE TRANSMISSION FILTER WAS NOT CHANGED AS REQUESTED) the car has 97,000 miles and Nissan recommendation is 50,000, and 100,000 trans filter change. I am dissapointed the service was not completed as requested and it took a whole week for what should have been a 2 hour service. More
