Good help finding a vehicle I did not want to buy a car, but repairs for my 20-year-old vehicle were coming too often. I had it serviced there at Springfield Buick GMC Cadill I did not want to buy a car, but repairs for my 20-year-old vehicle were coming too often. I had it serviced there at Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac for many years and love the Service staff, but it was time to let that car go. James listened to my list of commuter car needs and minimum preferences and made recommendations. I tried several models, but wasn't taken by any of them. Later that week I stopped by on a hunch and they had just got in a very good deal on a small SUV. James explained all the features and certified pre-owned maintenance that was still good on the car. He was very patient with all my questions about the technology and I appreciate it. He demonstrated all the features and I liked it so well after I drove it and considered my needs that I bought it. Dustin was very helpful as well on explaining the buying process and extending the warranty. He even prepared the temporary tags and arranged for the title, so I did not have to go to the DMV. Both of them were very friendly and professional and I did not feel at all pressured into purchasing. Looking forward to a long relationship with Springfield Buick. More

It is rare to day to find a dealership where you feel that everyo It is refreshing to go to a car dealership and actually have a pleasant experience. It is rare to day to find a dealership where you feel that everyone was honest with you. My salesman - Jim Ream, really knew the trucks I was test driving, and was able to even answer my sometimes "odd" questions. He was easy to work with, and did not make any promises that he could not keep. I did purchase my GMC Sierra Denali that same day. I believe they gave me an excellent price on my trade, and a very good price on my new truck. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to buy my next vehicle from them. More

Charles "Tony" Lane was the associate that found the car that I wanted and the purchase experience was outstanding. He went above and beyond what I expected from a buying experience. I've dealt with this company for a number of years and have nothing but good things to say about them; from the ladies at the reception desk, the outstanding service department and mostly about their concern and all out attempts to satisfy the customer. More

Communication I drive a 2009 CTS with over 110,000 miles that I brought in this week for a brake pedal pulsing and for a check engine light. Tom Berry and Stephen I drive a 2009 CTS with over 110,000 miles that I brought in this week for a brake pedal pulsing and for a check engine light. Tom Berry and Stephen Robinson checked the codes and found that a cleaning of an intake manifold was less expensive fix to test and called to confirm that I wanted to spend the money required to replace front rotors and pads on a car of that age and milage. They test drove the car and it was perfect when I picked it up today. More
