Thomas Carlini

Thomas Carlini is a Sales Associate at Jones CDJR. He began his career in the automotive industry in 1985 and has been dedicated to helping customers find the right vehicle ever since. Originally from Bethel Springs, TN, he began his career on the lube rack, performing oil changes and services before attending specialized training and working his way up to Master Technician. For 15 years, Thomas owned and operated his own auto repair shop. Now, as part of the sales team, he enjoys using his vast knowledge to help customers find the perfect vehicle. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys motorcycles, gardening, fishing, and spending time with family. His favorite part of the job is serving the community, talking to people, and seeing the joy on their faces when they get into their new car. Beyond the automotive world, Thomas is also a minister at a homeless shelter, where he helps troubled and homeless men get back on their feet through faith and guidance.
