Rude salesman! After we purchased the van we asked our salesman Tom, to have the vehicle detailed again as we were not happy with the interior condition. Tom was ver After we purchased the van we asked our salesman Tom, to have the vehicle detailed again as we were not happy with the interior condition. Tom was very rude giving us the impression that now that he had made the sale he didn’t care. He had an attitude but did schedule another detail. There was a rumble in the rear. We had a 30 day warrantee so the service department only replaced one shock. Usually both shocks are replaced at the same time. We asked to get the other shock replaced at the same time but they said it didn’t need to be replaced. We took the van elsewhere and got it replaced at our expense even with the 30 day warrantee. Didn’t want to deal with the Toyota dealership again. Another area of Improvement is the customer waiting area. More
