The service team at LaFontaine Volvo is phenomenal. They always come through when they need to. I used their very convenient website to book my appointment for a valet service. They came to my workplac They always come through when they need to. I used their very convenient website to book my appointment for a valet service. They came to my workplace and picked up the keys from my secretary and had a very professional and courteous driver (his name was Nick) drive the car back to the dealer to get my maintenance completed. They told me that the car would be done same day, and they brought it back 2 hours before the estimated time! The car was perfectly detailed as well. Joy and Christian were helpful, easy to work with, communicative and incredibly accommodating. I service my Volvo, Subaru, and Jeep all through LaFontaine Volvo because of their incredible service! More

This is the best dealership I have ever been to. From the amazing job Pat did working with me thru the sales/trade in process thru finalizing and signing with the awesome support of Chad. I can’t speak highly enough of this amazing team at LaFontaine Volvo. The sales manager was amazing as well as we worked to finalize things. Their service department is equally amazing. Pat walked me back and introduced me to the sales team. This is exactly the customer experience I would expect and these guys delivered on this way beyond my expectations. More

Problems with the new car from the start. When we went to pick up the vehicle, we were told we provided the incorrect VIN to our insurance company enough though it was the VIN on the quote a When we went to pick up the vehicle, we were told we provided the incorrect VIN to our insurance company enough though it was the VIN on the quote and the vehicle with that VIN was in the showroom. This required a 45 min call on a Saturday with insurance to modify. Then the car we were sold was set with another profile that was password protected, as such I could not be made the "owner" of the car. After 4 days of trying to get help from the salesman, he suggested a 1-1.5 hour service call. The service call required a complete reboot of the computer system and in person visit. The initial reboot didn't work, and eventually the vehicle needed to left with service 5 days, with little to no feedback on status of vehicle from service. After this was resolved, the manager told me he would be in touch with a promise to "make this right." More then two weeks have passed with no communication from the Manager. I reached out once more and was told they would contact me today and I have received no communication. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, and empty promise from this dealership. More

My visit and my purchase at La Fontaine Volvo dealership was extremely professional, informative, and everything you would want to experience when leasing your new Volvo vehicle. My sales person Martin work was extremely professional, informative, and everything you would want to experience when leasing your new Volvo vehicle. My sales person Martin worked very closely with me to make my purchase easy and seamless. Chad, the finance manager was so informative and professional and very pleasant to work with. Tom,the manager made sure he greeted me in a friendly and warm manner. All in all, I was extremely impressed and very happy with La Fontaine Volvo and I recommend to anyone who is interested in buying or releasing a Volvo. Make this your first stop! More

This is the first time I needed to go back to the dealership just to get my plate/registration. My husband works out-of-town and I juggle my time between work and my daughters school and activities. This is so much hassle for me! I will never transact with this dealership again! More
