I had a great experience at Honda Greg May Waco from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. He is very easy to talk to, professional, and always made sure I understood everything. He truly went above and beyond to make the process simple and hassle-free. I also want to give a big thank you to Lawrence for his help and excellent customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I also want to commend the service department for doing an excellent job handling the recall service on my Honda Accord. The process was quick, well-organized, and professionally done. They kept me informed and made everything very convenient. The rest of the staff was also amazing—friendly, patient, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Needed repair of instrument cluster, was quoted $1000+ to repair. One of the panels was repaired but the other is still shutting off. In addition the TPMS warning activated and when I tried to add air to my repair. One of the panels was repaired but the other is still shutting off. In addition the TPMS warning activated and when I tried to add air to my tires I discovered that someone pulled off a hubcap and improperly placed it onto the tire making it impossible to reach the air valve. I now need to visit with Discount Tire to see if they can recover this mess. More

Buying the car was fast and easy. Service tech was very nice. The counter folks leave less to be desired. Rude and unhappy. I will not be using the service dept because of the counter workers. I have bought 2 cars without issue and loved my experience. Service needs a class on customer service. I have really never seen a group of people so short and rude to customers. More
