I was a loyal Oxmoor Toyota customer for years, but my last experience destroyed that trust. I went to the dealership to discuss leasing a vehicle. After hours of sales pressure and sales tactics, I fo last experience destroyed that trust. I went to the dealership to discuss leasing a vehicle. After hours of sales pressure and sales tactics, I found myself in the finance office being told I was purchasing a vehicle instead. I voiced that I had only been discussing leasing a vehicle and their response was to the effect of telling me I should be happy because I am now a car owner. By that point, I felt exhausted, confused, and trapped in a process that had taken an entirely different direction than what I had requested. The transaction and financing terms were not clearly explained to me. Only later did I fully understand that I had been placed into a six-year loan with a payment of nearly $700 per month , 80% to the interest and fees, 20% to the principle. Ultimately, I would be paying appx. double the car’s sticker price. When I found out I could dispute and try to resolve this situation, I contacted the dealership over several months. I was met with no willingness to even discuss the matter. I also have a documented hearing disability and did not feel any effort was made to ensure I fully understood what was being presented during the sales process. Whether intentional or not, I left feeling misled, taken advantage of, and abandoned when I asked for clarification and help. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. More

Absolutely terrible experience. While I love the Highlander I wish I could give it back and give my money to a deserving Toyota Dealership. From the dealership changing agreed upon deal terms to wa Highlander I wish I could give it back and give my money to a deserving Toyota Dealership. From the dealership changing agreed upon deal terms to waiting over 2 hours to sign the deal paperwork to the the finance department not knowing how to do their job to the dealership incorrectly charging a security deposit and finally the dealership not paying off my trade-in in a timely manner. Then when you bring up all their “mistakes“ and confront them, the manager then has the nerve to ask well don’t I mistake too. Of course I do, but that is irrelevant here and if I made the level of mistakes this dealership did I wouldn’t have a job. Totally unprofessional and never would I recommend this dealership to anyone under circumstances even if this dealership has the best price. I will pay a little more to be treated by competent and professional staff to prevent all the backend issues. Update 11.15.19 - Issues still not resolved. Management claims to be doing everything within their power, but won't send an overnight check today to pay off my trade (that should have been paid off two weeks ago) to resolve the issue because its against their policy (must wait 24 hours after canceling a check before sending a new a check is what the dealership told me) even though it was the dealership that sent the first check to the wrong address when I provided the correct address on October 23. I would understand following policy if the dealership was not at fault, but every step along the way the dealership has been at fault. Explained to the management my monthly payment is due on the 16th and their response was well Toyota gives a 10 day grace period. It seems the dealership only wants to follow policy when it suits the dealership because there is no way my experience could have been according to "policy." More

He let me look at cars and didn't follow me around. He wasn't pushy at all and he actually listened to me. I was able to stay within my price range. He made my car buying experience so nice. More
