I am a proven manager in various industries now taking on a Sales Consultant role with Toyota of Des Moines. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps where I served from 92-96. I am married with 5 boys in the Johnston area(near Camp Dodge) where we are heavily involved in high school baseball and soccer. I am a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan, but a bigger fan of singing. We had a factory recall on our RAV 4. We were able to make an appointment within a short amount of time. The repair was done quickly while we waited. Everything flowed without a problem. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. Everyone involved knew the procedure to buy out the lease on my 2021 Venza. Have loved that vehicle and was so disappointed Toyota stopped manufacturing it. When I was originally advised to work through corporate Toyota financial, no one really knew exactly how the process worked. What took a couple of days at dealership took several days going through Toyota financial. And then wasn’t even handled. All the employees I met or passed by at the dealership either spoke or had a friendly smile. Tim took the time to print out for a build page on a new 2026 RAV 4. He made arrangements to follow through to let me know when one is available for me to test drive. Outstanding dealership. Look forward to next purchase at Toyota of Des Moines! More

Tim was great to work with and provided excellent customer service. I have been a loyal customer to Toyota for 20+ years and was very disappointed they didn’t honor a marketing email I received from customer service. I have been a loyal customer to Toyota for 20+ years and was very disappointed they didn’t honor a marketing email I received from Toyota financial prior to my new lease. The email advised I was qualified to receive a 1,000 discount on my new lease plus a waiver of certain fees. The general manager decided not to honor this so may think about moving elsewhere next time around. More
