I recently brought my Silverado in for service and took a moment to look around the showroom. Yesenia showed us around the dealership, the service and parts department, set up our services for on star, and made sure we registered and got our new vehicle credit with GMC which we used to purchase premium floor mats. She was fun to deal with. The overall experience with the dealership is awesome, with a great small town feel that differentiates it from the big city dealerships. Adler is finance was very efficient and got us a great deal on our financing. He wasn't pushy on the warrantees and explained what the benefit was for each and ultimately let us pick what was right for us. Tim the sales manager was also great to work with, was welcoming and responsive during and after the deal. I've traded and bought new cars every 2 years for going on 20 years now and I've never had a better experience with a sales or a finance person as I had with Yesenia, Adler, and Tim. Thanks everyone! Buying a car and having to do with the dealership is one of the most stressful events but let me tell you about a dealership that we found nestled in beautiful St Cloud and that is stalling Chevrolet they m of the most stressful events but let me tell you about a dealership that we found nestled in beautiful St Cloud and that is stalling Chevrolet they made this experience so easy that we actually enjoyed purchasing the vehicle from this dealership I started with the salesman Jonathan it was such a good salesman no pressure no nothing he explained everything took us for a drive for a test drive and again no pressure he gave us the time when we said hey when you think about this for a minute great job Jonathan really great job And then we started talking to the sales manager Tim which I cannot say enough about this gentleman you know a team is judged by his leader and this guy is really a true leader he was extremely professional and very very helpful I walked in there very proud of myself I got a nice rate from my bank after looking at everything Tim looked at it and then he came back at me and he asked me if it is possible if he can find me a lower rate because my credit score was high and he did he actually found me a lower rate than my bank gave me which shows how much he really cares about his customers. After all the paperwork was signed and done we ended up with the finance department which take care of all the payments Sammy I cannot say enough about you you are an awesome awesome Finance person Sammy never pushed anything never Force anything to conversation was so awesome he enjoyed talking to my daughter who were pushing the car for and after going into the conversation and looking at some of the paperwork Sammy actually found us an incentive with the bank to get a lower rate so Sammy saved us another half a percent on our rate thank you Sammy So as you can see the overall experience was really awesome for me and my family I will definitely definitely recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking to purchase a car thank you Tim Sammy and Jonathan for a great great experience, AJ Alnuzhah More
