Serhan is one of the best Sales Consultants we have worked with. He is attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. He listened to our needs and concerns carefully and addressed them thoroughly. His no-pressure, customer-focused approach made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. After our purchase, he patiently showed us all the important features of our new used car. We highly recommend him and would love to work with him again in the future. Everyone else we met at KIA of Leesburg was also very nice — from the employees who greeted us at the door, to Serhan’s teammate Tim, to the Finance Manager Max, who was equally wonderful. One area the dealership could improve is the car wash service, which currently isn’t very detail-oriented. They leave stains and dust uncleaned, and they don’t dry the car after the wash, which results in even more stains. More
