He wasn't pushy, understood what I needed, and respected that I already knew what I needed too. I would give Royal Moore a full 5 stars, but there was one moment during the negotiation/going over payment terms process where Josh (who was in charge of running my credit & seeing what I qualified for) interrupted abruptly from across the room while we discussed numbers (and while my father in law helped to ask questions over the phone to Jesus and John). I wasn't a fan of this, especially since John and Jesus and everyone else was stellar but otherwise I'd recommend to anyone purchasing a Mazda to definitely check out Royal Moore. More

But we had to call them at least 3 time's to remind and check on progress of this and I was led to believe we would get the different plate BUT we still got the standard plate. LAST We have NOT had any significant contact with the service dept. Over all if you have a normal straight transaction they are 5 star More
