We have purchased 2 new cars from them over the last few years. The last service experience was terrible. After arguing with service dept. to rectify the situation they finally gave in and "fixed" the issue years. The last service experience was terrible. After arguing with service dept. to rectify the situation they finally gave in and "fixed" the issue. Less then a thousand miles later we took the vehicle to a different dealer and the issue is not resolved. Victory gave us quotes to fix other items. New dealer said those issues did not exist. We will not do business with them again, we dont trust them and were treated with terrible customer service. More
