Real Professional Servicing After a very negative roadside experience, my X5 was eventually taken to BMW of Springfield NJ and within a short time received a brand new transmissi After a very negative roadside experience, my X5 was eventually taken to BMW of Springfield NJ and within a short time received a brand new transmission free of cost being under warranty in time for the Christmas Holiday. Tino Pereira and Paul Augusto from the Service Dept were knowledgeable, easy to talk to and delivered on their promises. Tino even went the extra mile to ensure that my wife and I received a safe and a professionally serviced vehicle. BMW of Springfield NJ definitely restored our confidence and trust in customer care, vehicle management & servicing. They’re the real deal. Well done guys!! More

JMK BMW is #1 for customer satisfaction! I WOULD REMISSED IF I DID NOT TAKE THE TIME TO REMARK MY RECENT EXPERIENCES AT JMK BMW PARTS, BODYSHOP AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I TOOK MY CAR IN FO I WOULD REMISSED IF I DID NOT TAKE THE TIME TO REMARK MY RECENT EXPERIENCES AT JMK BMW PARTS, BODYSHOP AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR AN EMERGRENCY WATER PUMP. TINO THE SERVICE MANAGER TOOK MY CAR IN AND WITHIN TWO DAYS HAD IT FIXED AND EVEN PROVIDED ME WITH A LOANER CAR AT NO COST. IT’S THE CLOSEST THING I’VE SEEN AT A DEALERSHIP TO DR. QUINCY OF THE TV SERIES. I BROUGHT THE BROKEN PARTS IN AND HE WAS ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I NEEDED. WHAT A GREAT GUY! THEN, AT THE BODYSHOP LAUREN WHO’S THE CLOSEST BODYSHOP ASSOCOIATE I’VE EVER MET TO NURSE JACKIE FROM THE TV SHOW WAS SYMAPRHETIC TO MY NEEDS. SHE RELIEVED MY ANXIETY. SHE SAID MY “BABY” WOULD BE WELL CARED FOR AND FIXED. LAST, BUT NOT LEAST ROBERT THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO WALKED UP TO ME EACH AND EVERY TIME I WALKED IN THE DELEARSHIP, AS I’VE WATCHED HIM WALK UP TO OTHER CUSTOMERS AND ASKED IF THEY ARE OKAY AND/OR NEEDED ANYTHING. Wheel and Tire Package Insurance Was sold the wheel and tire insurance policy and was told that Allstate would only repair my tire, since they changed their policy.
