Absolutely one of the most frustrating and unprofessional dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Taking into account that it was all over the phone because I am 4+ hours away. I was originally working a deal dealership experiences I’ve ever had. Taking into account that it was all over the phone because I am 4+ hours away. I was originally working a deal on a 2026 right-hand drive Jeep Wrangler that was priced lower, and we already had things in motion on it. The next morning, I was told that Jeep had sold the night before. Fine — things happen. So I found another Jeep on their lot that was identical in every way (same year, same trim, same everything), but it was about $3,000 higher. I asked why, and more importantly, asked if they would match the price of the one I had already been working a deal on. I was told in writing (I have screenshots): “Yes, we will price match this vehicle.” After that, I was strung along for days with poor communication — multiple “we’ll call you tomorrow” promises that never happened. When I finally received the paperwork, the price match they clearly agreed to was completely ignored. The price was still thousands higher. When I called them to discuss it I got excuses instead of accountability. I was told they “made up for it” by giving me more on my trade-in — which just proves they were moving numbers around however they wanted instead of honoring what was actually promised. Then I spoke to the store manager, sent him the screenshots of the agreement, and instead of fixing it, he dismissed it and said: “That was never approved” “You’re already under MSRP” and “Might as well just disregard paperwork because it's not happening” At one point he even told me he didn’t want my business if I was going to be upset about it — over a $50,000+ purchase. The only reason I went through with the deal is because I needed the vehicle for my job and was on a time restraint, not because this dealership earned my business. Upon arrival to my home, 2 hours later than estimated (they had a guy drive it up to deliver it) the guy gets out with a fryer from Cabellas telling me he has a fish fry coming up this weekend and had a coupon so he took a pitstop to a Cabellas in my brand new jeep on the drive up. After inspecting a little I notice a palm full of beef jerky laying in my brand new seats. The older man was super genuine and nice, reminded me of my grandpa, but still unprofessional and the last straw leading to this review. If i could give 0 stars I would have. More
