Our experience in purchasing a new 2013 Honda Pilot EX-L was unexpectedly pleasant. From the time we entered the dealership we were welcomed by everyone we met. Our sales representative, Chris McKinney was fantastic. He spent considerable time with us explaining the attributes of each model and worked very making sure that our purchase would fulfill our needs in the most cost effective manner possible. We had planned to purchase the vehicle outright, but were told of a Honda program that would pay $500 toward the down payment if we financed at a low 0.9% interest rate. This was in addition to a cost reducing program on the purchase of a comprehensive extended warranty. Grace Tanner, the Financial Services Manager, was a joy to work with and was helpful explaining the availability of those additional programs and in arranging the financing. Even though we live some 30 miles away, we are very pleased with our new vehicle and our overall experience with Colonial makes the trip more than worthwhile. More

My experience at Colonial Honda was AWESOME!! Gary was extremely helpful, and was real patient with me too. HE made sure I left there with the right vehicle for me. His manager Todd was really nice and he extremely helpful, and was real patient with me too. HE made sure I left there with the right vehicle for me. His manager Todd was really nice and helpful too, because with every car I chose he and Gary worked hard to get a bank to bite at the deal. Gary made me want to come and get a new car every weekend because it was such a smooth transition even when some deals didn't fit what I was looking for at that time (I wanted no money down). Gary and Todd got plenty of banks willing to work with me, but they all wanted $1,000 down on the used cars I was picking. Then Gary suggested I look at a few new 2013 vehicles they had and see if there was on that I liked, sure enough I saw the Honda Civic Sedan and felt like was in Heaven, no money down and riding home in a brand new Honda with GREAT gas mileage. I would suggest everyone who is looking to go to Colonial Honda and go see my friend Gary See about getting you in a new car. More

I was looking for a car and i had very specific needs and wants for a work vehicle. i looked around and test drove at least 6 different makes and models. i always liked Honda Accords but i have been drivin wants for a work vehicle. i looked around and test drove at least 6 different makes and models. i always liked Honda Accords but i have been driving high end luxury cars for 5 years and my car spoiled nature made it difficult to get into something that just didnt compare. i actually ruled out Hondas after visiting a competing dealership. Eric Halprin at Colonial Honda really surprised me. First of all he listened to what i was looking at already, took into account my specific needs, and recommended me to come by and look at a honda accord he thought and knew would satisfy my spoiled needs, fit the requirements i had for budget and features and make me happy. Just because he listened to me and didnt try to push me into something that didnt make sense. Car buying experiences are an interesting beast, usually overwhelmed by pushy people trying to put you in something they like, not what you like or need. this experience was the exact opposite. Upon walking into Colonial Honda i was instantly greeted with a smile by other sales people that werent even helping me, they knew i was there to see Eric. Management was very friendly and above all, they were there to make me a satisfied customer and work with me and my specific needs, and they made it happen. I recommend this place to anyone needing a car, just go by and give them a chance, you will see the difference from other dealerships immediately. I am looking forward to my next transaction with Eric and Colonial Honda. 5 stars guys, i will recommend you to everyone. More

We set up an appointment to come into the dealership and were promptly greeted upon our arrival. We were both impressed by how nice the dealership looked and how friendly the entire staff was towards us. Todd Eggleston introduced us to Richard Miller, our sales associate. Richard was a great help in showing us the different model levels and features of the Honda Pilot. Once we decided on a model he went over several financing options and quickly answered all of our questions. We were able to trade in our old car and purchase a new one at a good price. The overall process was a pleasent one and we are very happy with our new Honda. If you are in the market for a new or used Honda I would highly recommend this dealership. More
