Service department in particular will not answer questions. When I was done with my oil change, I realize there was coolant all over my engine compartment. When I called the dealer, the service re questions. When I was done with my oil change, I realize there was coolant all over my engine compartment. When I called the dealer, the service rep explained that I would need to run water over my engine engine while it was running. And he was sorry that he could not meet my expectations with cleaning the coolant from the engine and compartment. I will not be back for more service! More
