This deal was done mostly with a concierge service. The first car selected and picked up had undisclosed hail damage. The problem was resolved quickly and the car replaced with another new car. Again, a concierge service handled the interaction until I went in to sign. The sales manager, in his role to correct the initial car problem was exceptional. That said, the fact that a damaged car could be presented and driven off the lot by the customer without disclosure shows at least a lack of good processes. The idea of using a service to find and negotiate a car was meant to keep me out of the dealership and off the phone. As you can imagine, the resolution of the problem had the opposite effect. More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Suntrup, which in itself speaks volumes about the service I have received. However, I want to take a moment to share that this most recent experience surpasse which in itself speaks volumes about the service I have received. However, I want to take a moment to share that this most recent experience surpassed my expectations. Iggy was my salesperson, and from the start, it was clear that while his role was to sell me a car, he remained genuinely attentive to my needs as a consumer. I never felt pressured at any point. In fact, I came in that morning just to browse—not to buy. But the thoughtful and low-pressure environment, coupled with the attention to my preferences, ultimately led me to make the purchase that same day. I arrived around 9:15 AM and did not finalize the purchase until after 1:00 PM. Iggy showed me over three vehicles, and I test drove two. Throughout the process, he listened carefully and helped guide me back to the needs and priorities I had shared—all without ever pushing a sale. Ryan in Finance was equally impressive. He helped ensure the financials made sense for me, and while he did offer upgrades for services and maintenance, he did so in a way that felt consultative, not pushy. He was warm, personable, and grounded the conversation in my financial needs and goals. From my initial call with Desire, to working with Iggy and Ryan, and even speaking with one of your finance managers (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall but who was equally delightful), every part of this experience was positive. As someone who has worked in customer service, I know how rare it is for a company to consistently deliver excellence. Far too often, negative or high-pressure tactics are what stand out. That was not the case here. I want to express my sincere gratitude for creating a buying experience rooted in trust, respect, and outstanding service.
