Had a 9:00am appointment. At 11:00 was told there was a nail in my tire, and it was not reparable. Gave me a quote for new tire, but shopped around, and got a better price, an At 11:00 was told there was a nail in my tire, and it was not reparable. I have been coming to Matthews Hyundai for a few years now. I've returned because I have been happy with the service, communication, and availability of the folks there. I have worked with both Eric and T now. I've returned because I have been happy with the service, communication, and availability of the folks there. I have worked with both Eric and Todd - both great. I recently had to bring my car in and Todd was able to answer questions and provide insight on the situation. Later, I needed to begin the search for another car. I was connected with Mark and he was awesome to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to give good options to look at. He was responsive to all my questions and followed through on things that needed to get done/addressed. I would recommend my friends/family to go there in the future. More

Todd is fantastic. He always looks out for me and never tries to upsell just to make a profit. Everyone was very friendly and when my car was ready they picked me up and gave me a ride to the dealership. The only thing that disappointed me was my 3 year warranty had expired 2 days earlier, I wish I’d picked me up and gave me a ride to the dealership. The only thing that disappointed me was my 3 year warranty had expired 2 days earlier, I wish I’d had known that when I scheduled my appointment, I would have made sure it was before the expiration date. I’m retired so any time I can save a little money is always good. But other than that great job! More
