First off had problems with new truck shortly after buying it. First time I took in they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. After more and more problems and more and more parts being repla buying it. First time I took in they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. After more and more problems and more and more parts being replaced and several trips trying to fix it. They said they couldn’t fix it and said the ram rep would issue me a voucher to trade in for a different truck. After months without my new truck and no word from the ram rep they said that they fixed my truck. When I went to pick it up they gave it back to me with a layer of dust and bird xxxx on it. It’s been a month and still haven’t heard a word from them about a follow up they promised. Clearly they don’t give a xxxx about customer service!!!! More
