I purchased the car at the end of lease and they convinced me they will take care of everything and i do not have to go through the hassle of going to secretary of state. the process is so slow and convinced me they will take care of everything and i do not have to go through the hassle of going to secretary of state. the process is so slow and they are not responsive. it would have been much easier had i bought the car directly from GMF More

Wow I can’t believe that this dealership has 4 stars rating with the horrible service Thomas Dennis gives customers. Thomas Dennis claims not to know other employees that works at Feldman maybe Feldman rating with the horrible service Thomas Dennis gives customers. Thomas Dennis claims not to know other employees that works at Feldman maybe Feldman needs to do a meet and greet between the employees!!! I was there to try build a 2022 corvette but I got the vibe that Thomas Dennis wasn’t interested in selling me a vehicle and Feldman requires a large payment down in order to build the 2022 corvette also Thomas Dennis assumed that I wanted a corvette right away by telling me that he couldn’t get me a corvette today when I already knew that there is a waiting list for the 2022 corvette and they are not going to start building 2022 corvette until July but it’s okay cause Feldman is not going to be the only dealership that sells 2022 corvettes and I also found a dealership that accepts $500 instead of $1000 down payment to build a 2022 corvette and gives great customer service to their customers. I’ll continue to do business with that dealership and bring them more customers. More

Excess of dishonesty Attempted to buy-out my lease with a loan from my own bank. Salesperson Danny then tried selling the loan to me at $150 more per month than what the l Attempted to buy-out my lease with a loan from my own bank. Salesperson Danny then tried selling the loan to me at $150 more per month than what the loan actually was and what the bank had approved. Danny additionally talked in circles, never gave clear answers or numbers to back up the claims he made, and interrupted me at every turn. After we said we were walking without signing. anything, Manager Ryan was brought out to bully us into signing a lease all while talking over my fiancee every time she tried to say anything or ask a question. I returned a week and a half later to turn the lease in and worked with Tom who was incredibly kind and helpful however the previous experience left me feeling violated, taken advantage of, and distrustful of Feldman. Will never do business with this group again. More
