I will start be saying this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

My son was looking for his first brand new car. He wanted a Jeep Sahara with a hard top. We started looking on line at different dealorships. I must have called 3 other dealers before finding a salesperson (Amanda Gentile) who was friendly, efficient and not condesending. All communication was done by phone or e-mail since my son was in one state and I in another. We were able to set the deal and made the trip last week. Unfortunately Amanda was not available to meet us at the time we could make it but she set us up with another great salesperson named Tom Hartman.

Tom was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He took his time to go over all the features of the vehicle (which are many) and even contact my insurance company to have the car added. When he was done he set us up with Hilda, the finance manager. Anyone who has ever purchased a vehicle knows this is the part of the deal where you start to feel pressure. Hilda made the transaction painless. Explaining all the documents and payment requirements.

I never know car buying could be such a great experience. Thank you Amanda, Tom and Hilda for making my son's fist car buying experience a great one.

I highly recommend Family Jeep to anyone looking for a Jeep and great customer service.

Tom Hartman was one of the best auto salespeople I have ever worked with. He was very receptive to what I was looking for and had the patience of a saint with me.
I am an avid researcher of whatever I am looking for, and Tom gave me the best price on the pick-up truck I finally purchased.He did this right out of the box. No haggling, no pressure! As far as the rest of the dealership, everyone I came in contact with knew and completed their job(S)with diligence and care.
If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle,with none of the pressure usually associated with a vehicle purchase, and want the fairest price available, I'd certainly reccomend that you go see Tom Hartman at Family Dodge!
