Very recently I rolled out of there with a 2025 pathfinder platinum 4WD. I really like it and anticipate it’s going to be a great ride. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from McLarty Daniel Nissan about a month ago, I haven’t even made a payment on it. Was quoted over the phone $194 by Adam. Then when I arrived they charged me $242 for a gas cap replacement. $39.95 for gas cap, $150 diagnostic, and $48 in taxes!!! I guess ADAM can’t read a computer screen correctly! Not covered under any warranty they said! Talked to Service manager Charles the next day, “You paid for services he said and you’re out of luck!!! We won’t give you your money back!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO YOUR DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never go back!!! More
