FILED A COMPLAINT WITH BBB AND ARKANSAS ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE!!! Great Management Team !!!! Never use McLarty Daniel Nissan service department! !!! I purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from McLarty Daniel Nissan about a month ago, I haven’t even made a payment on it. Was quoted over the phone $194 by Adam. Then when I arrived they charged me $242 for a gas cap replacement. $39.95 for gas cap, $150 diagnostic, and $48 in taxes!!! I guess ADAM can’t read a computer screen correctly! Not covered under any warranty they said! Talked to Service manager Charles the next day, “You paid for services he said and you’re out of luck!!! We won’t give you your money back!! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO YOUR DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never go back!!!

Talked to Charles Edward, pretty much said I paid for service and nothing can be done. Also stated the gas cap that was on car was after market that the previous customer put on. So they put on correct cap. I feel that should have been replaced before anyone purchased. At this point I will never use your service department not even for free Oil change you offered. Service department has left a bad taste in my mouth. Im going to be notifying BBB and any other company I can talk to. And I will be leaving plenty of reviews!!!! Thanks so much service department for turning a $39.95 gas cap into a huge issue!! Great customer service
