I was interested in a vehicle that I saw online and reached out to Haldeman about it. I was contacted by Tom Korenz who is one of the sales associates at the dealer. From the first contact to the final reached out to Haldeman about it. I was contacted by Tom Korenz who is one of the sales associates at the dealer. From the first contact to the final sale of the vehicle, Tom was very helpful and accommodating. I had multiple questions over a couple of weeks and Tom was always available to find out the answers for me and always got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. That being said, Tom worked tirelessly to help me ,not even knowing if I was going to purchase at that time. I ended up buying the vehicle in part because of Tom and his dedication to customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership and Tom in particular for the no high pressure sales approach and customer service. As a final note I would have to say that this was by far the best sales experience I have ever had at an auto dealership. More
