Brandon Really made our experience special Brandon was there, greeted us and asked us the right questions so we could get down to testing driving quickly, he really know his Kia's!! He found the right Sportage and Niro that we were looking for and was patient while we drove both. Negociating the final deal he was also very patient and kept the customer first on a very busy night. Delivery was SPOTLESS all around and we were in and out quickly. You can't go wrong with Brandon!!! Great experience Great Sale Experience is hard to find!!! More

Laura Campbell--Best Salesperson Ever!! Laura Campbell went above & beyond my expectations! I am disabled. She helped me clean out my car in 90 degree heat with the worst humidity this Sum Laura Campbell went above & beyond my expectations! I am disabled. She helped me clean out my car in 90 degree heat with the worst humidity this Summer! .She got me cold water and even set up everything with the Service Dept. so that it would be easier with my disability. Fantastic customer service all around! Halleen KIA particularly our sales agent Jim recently went above and beyond to make sure I got into a reliable car. After buying a used 2006 Ford Fus Halleen KIA particularly our sales agent Jim recently went above and beyond to make sure I got into a reliable car. After buying a used 2006 Ford Fusion that turned out to have transmission issues that Halleen could not have screened for, the service department and the sales department worked with me to immediately try to fix the problem even though the car was purchased "as is" with no warranty so they could have just left me to deal with a new transmission on my own. Ultimately when it turned out that the car needed a whole new transmission Jim worked with the dealership to arrange a full refund instead of going through the hastle of the repair which went towards a much newer and reliable KIA Rio without any hastle or headache. I can not thank Jim and the whole team enough for what they did to make the situation right when they really had no obligation to do anything for the "as is" vehicle. I would definitely revoked this dealership and Jim for anybody looking for a new car without the pressure or hastle!! More

AWESOME I walked into Halleen Kia to get regular maintenance done on my Optima. I mentioned to a service attendant that I wanted to speak with a sales rep ab I walked into Halleen Kia to get regular maintenance done on my Optima. I mentioned to a service attendant that I wanted to speak with a sales rep about my lease coming up soon. Brian was right there and offered his assistance. BrIan was extremely relaxed and was very straight forward with me about my options. I ended up driving a new 2015 Optima off the lot that day. It was a very smooth process. More

Don't go for an estimate Brought the car in for exhaust system estimate. At the time of dropping the car off I was told the car would need a diagnostic check and that the cost Brought the car in for exhaust system estimate. At the time of dropping the car off I was told the car would need a diagnostic check and that the cost of the test would be deducted if repairs were made. After the car was diagnosed, the repairs were stated to be "very expensive" and refered to a muffler shop. No formal estimate was provided, yet they still provided a bill for diagnosing a mechanical issue. I feel this was unnecessary to diagnose a problem and the service rep should have referred me to a muffler shop if no work was intended to be completed. When I dropped the car off, it would have been a better outcome if I was just referred to a muffler shop. I am very disappointed with this service center and will never step foot into their facility again. I guess the price of losing a customer is $53 and change... More
