Making an appointment and taking my truck in for an oil change was easy. They called me when it was ready. My issue is with the service desk. Once I got my paperwork from the clerks desk I went to the serv change was easy. They called me when it was ready. My issue is with the service desk. Once I got my paperwork from the clerks desk I went to the service desk. I stood there for a solid minute before any one of the 4 to 5 NOT busy service agents asked how they could help me. They were all too busy chatting with a female associate (from another department?) to help me. I suppose the one young man that finally approached me deserves some recognition. I could see in his face that he knew the service desk was not working up to Chevrolet standards. More
