Shane has stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, keeping me abreast of all the steps involved in buying a CPO’d Cayman GTS from out of state, including arranging quality shipping for me. He even had the car delivered with a full tank of gas! This is just one example of his exceptional customer service. He was very transparent about pricing and never resorted to any high pressure sales tactics. This has easily been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I think Shane is a credit to the dealership. Porsche is fortunate to have him as a representative. I have several friends who are also “Porsche-philes“, and my experience with Shane and with Porsch North Olmsted has ensured that I will recommend this dealership and him in particular for their next purchase. I had a great experience remote purchasing my 992 Cabriolet from Porsche North Olmsted. I interacted with Frank Jr, Tom, Matt and Shane. Being remote I had to rely on Shane to inspect, prep, and ship the car off to me in California. Shane was always responsive and followed with we had discussed. I was purchasing the car during the arctic storm that was covering much of the US and Shane had the car cleaned and moved inside for extra protection during the storm. Shane arranged the car transport with a trusted carrier and ensured the car was loaded and delivered to me safely. I also worked with Tom to complete the paper work and found him to be straightforward and honest in his interaction. Also spoke with Frank Jr and Matt, found them both to be genuine and friendly as well. Overall a great purchase experience. Thank you , would not hesitate to buy another car from the same team. More
