When I returned the rental truck and casually told Bobby how much I liked the new Tacoma, he introduced me to one of the sales reps, Giancarlo. Giancarlo working with Tomas did an outstanding job helping us come to a fair and reasonable agreement for both of us. The whole transaction was seamless and really felt like the white-glove treatment. I can honestly say that this was the best vehicle purchasing experience that I may have ever had. As soon as I showed up on the lot, my sales guy Robert came out and immediately got to work on lookin purchasing experience that I may have ever had. As soon as I showed up on the lot, my sales guy Robert came out and immediately got to work on looking for what I wanted and even educated me on the ram truck I had, educated me on their tundras and then listened to what I was needing and looking for. They didn’t have the truck that I saw on line yet since it hadn’t come in, but they immediately found a 2025 that fit what I needed and they worked hard to get me at a price point that was affordable for me. In summary, best sales guy who knew his stuff, adaptable finance team and professional. Additionally, at no point ever did I feel pressured to purchase or even have the typical sales tactics with keeping keys or being argumentative, etc. More

Haley had me in and out within 3 hours with the vehicle I was in love with before stepping on the lot! Aaron Douglas was great in finance as he explained everything to me, even explaining some things twice! Lastly, Bobby Hall in service is always great and came and spoke with me before I left after scheduling my first service with him. I wish the women's bathroom was still painted black but other than that, truly exceptional service!! ;) More
