Took my wife’s car into dealer shop this morning was told about 2 hrs for oil change was ok with that due to signs now hiring for lube tech as we sat there the great sales man who sold us the 2017 Nissan Max about 2 hrs for oil change was ok with that due to signs now hiring for lube tech as we sat there the great sales man who sold us the 2017 Nissan Maxima saw us and come over to see how things were needless to say it took about 1 1/2 hrs to change oil and filter now I know there other places that could do this faster but I feel Chris nickel for my visit really took the time and care for this service now the whole team was great and efficient with the staff they have and great shout out to our sales man Blue great at his job. More

Very disappointed in the service Bought my car from them and have always had them change the oil and the last time they said I needed new wiper blades so i said go ahead.....i was ove Bought my car from them and have always had them change the oil and the last time they said I needed new wiper blades so i said go ahead.....i was over the time for an oil change by 100 miles so the light came on...they did not turn the light off. Went to Auto zone to have the light turned off for FREE ...chris nickel did not even address the light with me....have been telling everyone that I was very pleased with this dealership, not so much now.... Matt Drymon was our sales associate, he was knowledgable about the vehicle, had a great test drive planned for us, and had the vehicle ready to go when we arrived. The "no dicker sticker" was priced right, and Bill Lee in the business office found us better financing than we were pre-approved for. The vehicle itself had been completely serviced, detailed, and was literally in "brand new" showroom condition. I have also dealt with the Chris Nikel service team in the past; the service and parts departments are simply outstanding. I know if I need something for this vehicle, or my 2016 Ram 2500, it will be handled prefessionally, quickly, and completely. I highly recommend Chris Nikel. More
