Jaden greeted me, Pedro Reyes took care of me and reviewed everything I needed step by step. Jason Aller checked in on me as he always does and made sure I was well taken care of. I got big smiles and hello's from Joe Tomaino, Chris Rodriguez, Brandon Morgado, Tim Robare and I missed seeing Tony Alicea today. Jaden brought water to everyone waiting. I was in for service 4/2/26 and Pedro Reyes was assigned to me and he was amazing. He is kind, considerate and professional. I have been going there for over 30 years and I have always had consistent reliab to me and he was amazing. He is kind, considerate and professional.
