Yes, I have problematic credit; however, 14 hard inquiries and then sending me to another dealership to purchase a car is sickening. Lies upon lies. Oh, and my favorite one was when I arrived to take delivery of my car, I was told that it was "sold by another salesman, because mine had the day off", and it was a mistake. Neither Kian nor Tony told me the truth at any point. I will be filing with the FTC and each bureau to extend serious charges for abuse of customers' personal financial information. What they did IS ILLEGAL! RUN FROM NEXT GEAR MOTORS AS FAST AS YOU CAN Carvana got me the car I wanted and was beyond professional with their treatment of me and my personal information. It's being delivered tonight. More
