This is by far the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. First of all, I want to be very clear: my intention is not to disrespect any business. I am a business owner myself, and I have never tr ever had. First of all, I want to be very clear: my intention is not to disrespect any business. I am a business owner myself, and I have never treated a customer the way this dealership treated me. However, what I experienced here is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I originally went to this Cadillac dealership to buy a Cadillac. While there, I saw a BMW X7, test drove it, liked it, and decided to purchase it. From the very beginning, I clearly informed the salesperson that the tires were badly worn and needed to be replaced. I was promised that the vehicle would stay at the dealership for 2–3 days, that all problems would be fixed, and that the car would be delivered fully inspected and safe. These promises were never kept. When I picked up the vehicle, it had multiple serious issues, including: • Loud and constant noise from the wheels • Noise from the suspension • Noise from the engine • Windshield/wind noise The car was clearly not properly inspected before delivery. When I returned to the dealership and reported these issues, I was told: “We are not BMW service. Take the car to BMW.” This response was shocking. A dealer should never sell a vehicle without ensuring it is safe, especially after I explained that I have two children and their safety is my top priority. I took the vehicle to BMW for a full inspection. BMW confirmed in writing that the tires must be replaced and that they were the source of the noise. I brought all official BMW inspection documents back to the Cadillac dealer. At that point, the dealership told me: “We also did our own inspection, and according to us, the tires do NOT need to be replaced.” So BMW says the tires must be replaced, the Cadillac dealer says they don’t. Everything is documented on paper, and I will be posting photos and inspection reports to support this review. Despite promising to take care of any problems, the dealership refused responsibility, contradicted BMW’s findings, and then demanded $2,000 from me to fix issues that clearly existed before delivery. They also promised me a $500 gift card for their mistakes, which I never received. Another broken promise. I made it very clear to them: “I do not want money or gift cards. I only want my car to be safe, properly repaired, and drivable.” They ignored this completely. Once they took my money and delivered the car, they stopped caring. No follow-up, no responsibility, no accountability. In my opinion, they do not know how to run a proper business. This is not how a professional dealership operates. The way they handle customers is extremely concerning and feels misleading. I am currently in contact with my attorneys, and this matter will be pursued further. This will not end here. I strongly DO NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. Please be extremely careful before doing business here. More

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service provided by this Cadillac Dealer regarding my purchase of a vehicle intended for **commercial use**. The dealership’s re frustration with the service provided by this Cadillac Dealer regarding my purchase of a vehicle intended for **commercial use**. The dealership’s repeated failures and unprofessionalism have caused significant inconvenience, financial strain, and wasted time over the past **eight months**. 1. **Incorrect Registration**: I explicitly purchased the vehicle for **commercial purposes** and requested commercial registration. Despite this, the dealership irresponsibly registered it under a **personal license plate**, rendering the vehicle unusable for my business. This error alone demonstrates a blatant disregard for clear customer instructions. 2. **Empty Promises & Financial Burden**: After multiple visits to resolve the issue, your staff assured me that the dealership would **cover my monthly payments** until the commercial plate was processed. To date, **not a single payment has been made**, and I have been forced to bear the financial burden of a vehicle I cannot legally use for its intended purpose. This is a severe breach of trust. 3. **Eight Months of Delays & Neglect**: Despite countless follow-ups, the commercial plate has **still not been issued**. Your team has repeatedly ignored my calls, emails, and in-person requests for updates. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable for a business representing a brand as reputable as Cadillac. **Demand for Immediate Resolution**: This situation has caused undue stress, lost business opportunities, and financial harm. I demand the following actions **within 7 business days**: - Immediate issuance of the correct **commercial license plate**. - Full reimbursement of **all monthly payments** made since purchase, as promised. - Compensation for the time, resources, and income lost due to your negligence. If these demands are not met promptly, I will escalate this matter to Cadillac Corporate, regulatory agencies, and pursue legal action to recover damages. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. Their inability to fulfill basic commitments and disrespect for clients’ time and needs is inexcusable. Be careful everybody this dealership they are playing game. More
