Took 6 weeks to fix my truck, 18 days to just get a diagnosis, when I call nobody ever could give an update. I finally got a call on the 18th. Guy said they had the parts and it’d be done around the 24 diagnosis, when I call nobody ever could give an update. I finally got a call on the 18th. Guy said they had the parts and it’d be done around the 24th or so. I go in in the 26th and the guy says he said the 30th. I got in on the 2nd of May the guy says hopefully that week. Then my truck is finished and I have to wait 2 more days for it to be paid. If you can see I have a warranty and you have verified it, why the xxxx do I have to wait. I get my truck and the tire is low on air. You had my truck for 6 weeks. You couldn’t put the air in the tire when you saw the notification? Worst service. More
