I wasn’t impressed with the AI system. I had difficulty navigating it and getting it to understand what I was asking I eventually had to speak to an actual person to get me through to Tony I had difficulty navigating it and getting it to understand what I was asking I eventually had to speak to an actual person to get me through to Tony, Service writer that was referred to me by a long-standing customer of yours and Tony’s TONY was fantastic! Pleasant, energetic, and very knowledgeable! Best service person I’ve ever had.!! He explained everything to make sure I understood what was going on with my Rogue… kept in contact with me through the whole process. He is an asset to your Dealership! Happy to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received. It was a night and day difference compared to my last experience. My new service advisor took in my vehicle and completed the service I received. It was a night and day difference compared to my last experience. I hope I never go back to Nissan because this is ridiculous. I went there just for a fluid service on my car. The fluid itself cost only $39.99, but they charged me $441 for labor just to change it. ridiculous. I went there just for a fluid service on my car. The fluid itself cost only $39.99, but they charged me $441 for labor just to change it. When I found out after I got home, trust me, I had a huge headache for five days. Charging that much for such a simple service feels like straight-up thieving people. More
