Had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Then speaking Tarick about having issues with the truck not starting he looked into it and with the extended warranty I have it was covered rotation. Then speaking Tarick about having issues with the truck not starting he looked into it and with the extended warranty I have it was covered and replaced the starter that morning after confirming the mechanic had time and Tarick also ordered my center speaker that is blown.My Truck sat at Wallace Nissan for 3+ weeks 2 months ago but the truck would not repeat the just click when trying to start.They said they couldn't do nothing for me. Thanks to Tarick I don't have that problem anymore and actually feel comfortable driving the truck again and not worrying that it may not start. Thank You Tarick More

I wasn’t impressed with the AI system. I had difficulty navigating it and getting it to understand what I was asking I eventually had to speak to an actual person to get me through to Tony I had difficulty navigating it and getting it to understand what I was asking I eventually had to speak to an actual person to get me through to Tony, Service writer that was referred to me by a long-standing customer of yours and Tony’s TONY was fantastic! Pleasant, energetic, and very knowledgeable! Best service person I’ve ever had.!! Happy to share my appreciation for the excellent service I received. It was a night and day difference compared to my last experience.
