This was our first stop in looking at vehicles in person. Mr. Ward didn't try to push us in any certain direction he listened to our questions and answered with full confidence. He mentioned he was off already the day we showed up,he was already supposed to leave two hours before we got there, and we got there an hour before the dealership closed, and he stayed to help us. We were thankful for him that evening, being a family without much free time. We went to two more dealerships the following day and not one person came to talk to us or open vehicles until we went to ask, I felt that spoke volumes on James Wood. The entire process was easy from start to end. We called to tell him we were ready and what we wanted to add. Mr. Ward took care of everything and made it where we showed up and walked out quickly with a new vehicle along with all the things we added to the Yukon XL such as, tinted windows, black emblems and wheels, along with floor liners. I have bragged about our process since we left that day, and how Mr. Ward has gained our business with James Wood for a lifetime. More

My company bought me a new truck for travel and work, I came in and met with Tony told what i was looking for He showed me some option, sent them back to company. Got you guys set up as a vender and they m came in and met with Tony told what i was looking for He showed me some option, sent them back to company. Got you guys set up as a vender and they made it happen. I don't know whom in you finance and accounting they talked with, but it was smooth and painless on our end. Delivery day, I came in singed finale paperwork and got a walk thru the vehicle features. All my questions were answered and follow ups where complete. Now that you are set up as a vender i foresee some future pickup as our future grows. More
