Per Audi Arlington’s response to this review, I have sent an email to careteam@audiarlington.com. Stay tuned! UPDATE MARCH 2026: Our eTron being towed away because charging cable became stuck and would not disconnect from vehicle although an Audi service tech came to our home and tried to remove. We had to unplug the other side of the charging cable from the house outlet. Good thing we weren’t at a public charging station! Turns out they had to go into the service tech mode on the computer to get it to release. When I asked if this could happen again, they said “Yup, and you will have to get towed each time.” 2023: We bought our car here a couple of months ago. We love the car. However, we've been unable to use the MyAudi app. We contacted the Digital Help team at Audi who told us our SOS system wasn't working. They set up a service appointment for us at this location. Brought the car in and were told they didn't have the right technicians on that day (even though Audi HQ set up the appointment). After waiting around for 30 minutes, were told they would need to reschedule us - we never heard back, that was over a month ago. We also never heard back from the Digital Help team at Audi after sending them an email where I explained all of this nonsense. Hopefully, this post will make someone at Audi care about getting in touch and correcting the problem. One can dream. More
