I have a light on my dash board that will not go out. I was told that I needed a new battery. I replaced the big battery 2 months prior to the engine light coming on. I was convinced by your desk staff t I was told that I needed a new battery. I replaced the big battery 2 months prior to the engine light coming on. I was convinced by your desk staff that it was a bad battery. I replaced the battery and the light was still on. When I went back to your service center I was told it was the small battery. I replaced the small battery and the light was still on. I tried to get the car back into your service center and was basically turned away. Again told to replace both batteries. I then found another mechanic and told me that the light comes on when the ancillary things like car start and stop at lights or traffic jams will save on gas. Was told it will not damage my car. So the light stays on. More

Superior Service. They are the reason I take my vehicle there and not to the Clarksville Dealership. The Technician heard my two major complaints for faults, and real They are the reason I take my vehicle there and not to the Clarksville Dealership. The Technician heard my two major complaints for faults, and realized they were both related to one, so I didn't get charged a 2nd diagnostic fee. Great all-around service. They even recommended a set of brakes that I knew were getting close, so I had them complete it also. I wish they had caught the light bulb out in front of car. 1hour later with the service manager after hours, and we got the expensive 400 light replaced. The service manager stayed even after closing to ensure a satisfied customer More
