I have only dealt with the service dept on accessories from our new vehicles. There seems to be an issue in the parts department. I got two acc with my purchase and went to The apt to install and both wer from our new vehicles. There seems to be an issue in the parts department. I got two acc with my purchase and went to The apt to install and both were wrong size or part on two separate appointments. Mudflaps and tonneau covers should not be difficult. I also inquired about a tailgate damper/assist and was given bad info on that part. I was told it was already on my truck and that it only helps lift and not slow the drop. Both incorrect. I am actually uncomfortable calling back now to try and purchase this part. I have had a good experience with the actual service and labor installing these parts once the right ones cane in. Myvsaleasman Brian actually comped me on the mudflaps to compensate for the inconvenience. More
