Let me tell you guys about Mr. Travis, he is the REAL “thang” when it come to customer service with the potential customer for Kia of Cape, he stayed in communication with me and k Travis, he is the REAL “thang” when it come to customer service with the potential customer for Kia of Cape, he stayed in communication with me and kept me in the loop with the loan part of the deal throughout my process, broke it down for people like me who knows nothing about buying a car, but when I signed those papers I didn’t have to give a second thought about the deal with Mr. Travis. Also, your financial department guy, I don’t remember his name but he was able also explain to me about all my payments, Gap, and the extent we warranty for my new vehicle. He also had great customer service as well. It was my birthday day gift to myself and he helped make that happen for me. He is a down to earth man and salesman too but funny at the same time. Thanks again for this great experience on my first car buying moment. I still own you Dinner..LOL More

I looked for a new car for months before going to Kia in Cape Coral. I wish I had gone sooner because Kyle was the most knowledgeable and sincere salesman I have ever worked with. I love this Kia dealership. I feel like I am in good hands with my new car. Travis is great and followed up with me to have me come in and show me all the extra features on this I feel like I am in good hands with my new car. Travis is great and followed up with me to have me come in and show me all the extra features on this 2023 KIA Sportage. Such a beautiful car. I like everything about it inside and out. Even with the price of gas I keep coming up with reasons to take it for a spin. Such a comfortable and fun driving experience. Thank you all at Kia and we are a part of the family now.
